AI automation built around your business.

I don't sell generic AI packages. Every engagement starts with your actual workflow — the tools you use, the steps your team repeats, and where a human should stay involved. Below are the categories of work that come up most often.

01

AI Workflow Automation

The problem

A process spans several tools, and someone has to manually move information between them, check for updates, or trigger the next step by hand.

What I build

  • Workflow analysis
  • Process automation
  • Tool integration
  • APIs & webhooks
  • Data movement between systems
  • Notifications
  • Human approval steps where needed

How it works

I map the current workflow end to end, identify where AI genuinely helps versus where simple logic is enough, then connect your existing tools through their APIs so information moves automatically instead of being copied by hand.

Example

A status update in one tool automatically updates a second tool, notifies the right person, and logs what happened — no manual re-entry.

Can reduce repetitive manual work and the errors that come with copying information by hand.

02

AI Client Reporting

The problem

Preparing client reports means logging into several dashboards, exporting numbers, and writing up commentary by hand every reporting cycle.

What I build

  • KPI collection
  • Data processing
  • AI-assisted analysis
  • Report generation
  • Email delivery
  • Recurring reporting on a schedule

How it works

KPI data is pulled directly from connected platforms on a schedule, normalized into one format, and passed through an AI step that drafts commentary on what changed. A human reviews before it goes out.

Example

A monthly ad-performance report that used to take an afternoon to assemble is drafted automatically and ready for review.

Can reduce repetitive manual work involved in collecting data and drafting the first version of a report.

03

AI Lead & Sales Automation

The problem

Inbound leads need to be reviewed, researched, qualified and entered into a CRM — usually by hand, and usually inconsistently.

Discuss this →

What I build

  • Lead capture
  • AI qualification
  • Enrichment
  • Routing
  • Follow-up triggers
  • CRM updates

How it works

New leads are structured, enriched with available public information, and scored against qualification criteria you define. Qualified leads are written into your CRM and routed to the right owner automatically.

Example

A new form submission is qualified and appears in the CRM with an owner assigned, without anyone manually reviewing it first.

Can reduce manual data entry and gives every lead a consistent qualification check.

04

AI Research & Data Automation

The problem

A recurring research or data-gathering task requires checking the same sources and compiling information into a usable format, over and over.

What I build

  • Information gathering
  • Data extraction
  • Classification
  • Summarization
  • Structured outputs

How it works

A scheduled workflow retrieves content from your defined sources, extracts what's relevant, and uses AI to summarize it into a consistent structure — delivered on the same schedule your manual process used to follow.

Example

Weekly competitor or market monitoring delivered as a structured summary instead of a page of manual notes.

Can reduce time spent on recurring research and produces a more consistent output than notes that vary by whoever wrote them.

05

Custom AI Systems

The problem

Some workflows don't fit a standard category — they're specific to how your business actually operates.

What I build

  • A workflow designed around your specific tools, data and approval process

How it works

We start with a diagnosis of your actual process, not a template. The system is designed and built around the tools you already use and the decisions that genuinely need a human involved.

Example

Every custom project starts differently — this is a starting conversation, not a fixed package.

A system built for how your business actually works, rather than a generic automation package.

Not sure which service fits your process?

That's normal — most projects don't map cleanly to one category. Describe what your team does manually and I'll help you figure out where to start.
